The Media Center organizes regular debates on different issues of social and cultural relevance. We believe that lively, provocative and intelligent discussions helps to raise the level of public discussions.

We encourage people to listen, to question and to challenge even the toughest subjects openly – but in a spirit of tolerance and understanding. We invite journalists, politicians, experts and the public to participate and voice their opinion.

Our debates are usually held in the traditional Oxford style, with one side opposing and  another side supporting a motion. Speakers –prominent media representatives, thinkers, artists, public authorities or politicians - argue on both sides. After the introductions, the floor is open for debate, questions and interaction. A moderator keeps the pace and order.
